Turbo Project Update 5
Feb. 19th update:
Some engineering had to be done to get the downpipe to fit. There were lots of things in the way using a simple 3" radius bend with the 3" tubing.
So I made a 2 1/4" radius overall bend out of three sections sliced-n-diced. Now it clears the fuel line, sway-bar, oil coolant line, frame rail, firewall, and steering rack whereas it did not before.
Also, I finished construction of the entire exhaust system. I built it in three pieces; downpipe with flex tube, mid-pipe with catalytic converter and small muffler, and rear section with the large muffler and tips. All sections are connected via V-band clamps.
3" pipe with 3" radius runs into everything...

...so I tightened it up to a 2.25" radius!

constructed exhaust system; tack-welded for now.
